To make your day with us run as smoothly as possible, we have included some helpful information below. 

On a wedding day guests are welcome to join us at the venue 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time, at which time our bar will be open so you can grab a quick drink before the celebrations start. 

For guests staying with us overnight,  you will be able to check into your rooms from 2pm. If you require earlier access to your room please get in contact and let us know. 

All overnight guests will be provided with a cooked breakfast the following morning. 
Breakfast is served at 9am 
Room check out is at 10.30am 

There is free parking onsite,
along with  four electric car charger points available.

Getting to us 
St Mellons Country Club has 2 entrances. 
You can either come down the main driveway on the A48,
located just a few minutes from Cardiff Garden Centre 
Please note there is no right turn here, instead please carry onto the next junction and make a U turn. 
Alternatively you can reach us through the St Mellons Golf Club driveway, located off Pascal Close.
