Our wedding was simply amazing. Over 2 years in the planning and Hollie was always on the end of the email no matter what. When it came to the final few days, the whole team (all 3 of them) were just incredible. We can never thank you all enough for all the help and support and the amazing order and running of our day. Ryan, Amy and Hollie you are all amazing! Thanks too to Cresta Caterers (St Mellons in House caterers) for the tastiest food and amazing service. We had so many compliments on both the venue, the food and the staff. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better! If you are looking for a personalised, supportive and complete dream team and the most beautiful venue, do not hesitate to visit St Mellons.

If anyone is on the fence about choosing St Mellons Country Club or another venue, let me say there isn't a single negative thing about our experience. The team was perfect - communication was flawless, and the whole day ran like clockwork. They were always there if we needed them and grabbed us whenever we were needed. Everything was perfectly timed, and not a single guest - kids included - was ever bored! From booking our big day to the actual wedding, the team was simply faultless. We wouldn't have chosen anywhere else, and it was a pleasure to celebrate our wedding at such a beautiful venue.

We got married on 14th December 2024. St Mellons Country Club was the perfect setting for our winter wedding. When we met Hollie we knew we were in safe hands. She was with us every step of the way. She gave us ideas, and made our thoughts come to fruition and simply made our day magical. It was so much better than the day we had in our dreams as it was relaxed, full of fun love and laughter. We didn't want it to be a Christmas wedding, but Hollie provided some wonderful lighting and decorations which perfectly complimented our winter theme. Ryan was an excellent support for Hollie and orffered sound advice and on the day ensured that wine was flowing and glasses never empty. He was constantly ensuring that each and every guest and the bridal party didn't want for anything. Hollie and Ryan are a brilliant team and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. Each and every guest complimented them and their seamless work on the day. We cannot praise them highly enough. The rooms for the guests were perfect and the breakfast the following morning.

I can’t thank St Mellons Country club enough for all that they did for our special day! From the first meeting we were made to feel welcome and 22 months later we’re still feeling the love and support! Our special day was incredible and the staff were amazing! The food was outstanding and even the emotional support of loosing my dad just 5 months before our wedding was second to none! Nothing was too much for the staff at St Mellons and the venue and grounds are absolutely stunning! I wish we could do they day all over again and we would choose St Mellons x10 over!

We cannot recommend St Mellons Country Club enough! From booking 2 years ago to our special day on 21st June 2025 it was a dream. The venue and food are amazing. Hollie was fantastic. answering all our questions and making sure our day ran smoothly. Both Amy & Ryan also were fab support and were there for last minute changes and questions. We had so many compliments about the staff and how beautiful the venue was. You truly made our dreams of our perfect wedding come true - nothing was ever too much from last minute changes to extra guests and a singing waiter. We are so glad we picked St Mellons Country Club for our dream wedding. Everything was just perfect - we can't recommend the staff, venue and food enough!

I still can’t get over how amazing our wedding was at St Mellons county Club. We got married here on Saturday 8th June and it was the most amazing day from start to finish!
Hollie and Tracy couldn’t do enough for us and made planning our wedding completely stress free they were fantastic. The venue is absolutely stunning and the rooms are lovely, the food was 5* and all our guests loved every moment and also the gardens and scenery are stunning for your photos! I cannot recommend St Mellons Country Club enough, the most perfect day that Steven and I will never forget. Thank you to the whole team highly recommend

We recently had our wedding here and it was the most amazing day. We could not recommend enough. The venue is absolutely beautiful and Hollie and her team go above and beyond to make the day feel so special. From the moment we booked nothing was too much trouble, constantly keeping in contact and there for us if we had any questions. This made us feel very relaxed about the day and we were able to enjoy every moment. I especially loved that they made a lovely reel for us to share which captured the day perfectly. This, I felt, was a nice personal touch. All our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how much of it there was.
The grounds make for beautiful photos and it’s great that the venue is exclusive to you and your guests so nobody else is wandering around. The rooms included in the package for overnight stay were immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. We could not have wished for a better wedding day and thank Hollie and her team for everything.

Our wedding took place in St Mellons on 30th March 2024! We initially looked at many venues across south wales but when we viewed St Mellons Country Club it really offered us everything we wanted and more. The venue itself and the grounds surrounding are beautiful and the staff were fantastic throughout! Nothing was too much trouble & the communication was clear & helpful all the way through! We both felt very looked after throughout the whole planning process! Thank you Hollie!
On the day itself everything ran smoothly & myself & my now husband really felt our wishes for the day were listened to and acted upon. The food, atmosphere, bar staff and general organisation was impeccable and so many of our guests commented on their enjoyment and flow of the day.
I would highly recommend anyone to consider this venue & only wish we could have our day again. Thank you so much to all in St Mellons!

I have always wanted to get married in St Mellons Country Club since I was a little girl when my mum had her wedding here 15 years ago.
We came for our first visit with Cerys 3 weeks after we were engaged and we fell in love instantly, it was everything we could have imagined and more. Then our wedding came around and it was like a fairy tale, the grounds, the staff, the food, everything single thing was perfect. We cannot thank Hollie, Ryan and all the staff for going above and beyond in making sure our special day went as smoothly and as perfect as possible. I wish we could do it all over again!! The first time we walked in to St Mellons Country Club, Dan and I fell in love with the venue, both inside and out! We instantly felt that it is the perfect venue for our wedding.
The team, led by Hollie has been very supportive and helped us through all the details to prepare for our perfect day. We got married in October 2022 and had an absolutely fantastic day, far surpassed what we could have hoped. The venue provides beautiful photos, is well versed in the goings of the day and the opportunity to get ready on site. If I were able to do it all over again, I’d still pick the country club and Hollie!
