Ceremony

Should you choose to say “I do” with us, we offer two beautiful ceremony spaces inside the Manor House. The Henry Webb Suite, located in the oldest part of the house, is full of period charm and ideal for a more intimate wedding, accommodating up to 70 guests. Our newly renovated Ballroom provides a bright and airy setting, perfect for larger gatherings.

Reception

For your reception, the Ballroom can comfortably seat 130 guests for a wedding breakfast and host up to 220 guests for an evening celebration, making it the perfect space to dine, dance, and create unforgettable memories.

Outdoor ceremonies

Alternatively, we can accommodate an outdoor ceremony on our stunning grounds, offering a picturesque and romantic setting surrounded by nature. (weather permitting)*

All wedding packages are bespoke and tailored to you.
Our exclusive venue hire price includes the following:

•Private hire of St Mellons Country Club on the day of the wedding
•Access to the Ballroom the day before, for you to style
•Wedding co-ordinator
•White linen tablecloths and linen napkins
•Silver cake stand and Knife
•Fully licensed bar
•Complimentary Parking

Day packages require 45 day & 70 evening guests

Twilight packages require 70 guests

Menu's

We have trusted catering partners who provide up to 5 exceptional menu choice for you to choose from, these options start from £53pp for a 3 course wedding breakfast.

Evening food choices can range from a classic buffet to fun alternatives like hog roast or BBQ options, these options start from £25pp for evening food and range depending on your preferred menu choice.

All couples will have the opportunity to attend a personalised menu tasting evening at our beautiful venue to help you make the right decision for your guests menu.
