"I had my wedding there on the 8th May, the staff were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond, this made the just that extra special.

All the guests loved the effort that went into every detail. It was amazing and I would recommend this venue to anyone planning to get married."

Steeped In History

Built in 1861 and originally known as Llwynarfan House,

St Mellons Country Club has a rich and vibrant past.

The house has been home to many different families over the years and was also commissioned as a hospital during World War 1. After the war the house returned to being a beautiful family home, occupied by the Webb family, who were known for hosting fabulous parties and extravagant balls.

And now we are looking to carry on their legacy of hosting luxury celebrations.

In 2020 St Mellons Country Club began undergoing restoration work to transform this beautiful period building into an exclusive wedding venue and restoring this Manor House to its former glory.

A brand-new extension will also provide a stunning new bar and lounge area,

bringing our ballroom into the 21st century.

With building work due to be completed by May 2022 we look forward to throwing open the doors and welcome couples to get married from June onwards.
